tired

wed:
am: cereal, yogurt
pm: soup, cheese, ham
snack: grapes, piece of dark naked chocolate
dinner: rice, cod, asparagus, left over artichoke w. mayo (i got the artichoke yesterday from whole foods and it was the best ever - really big and meaty that we couldn't even finish it)

thur:
am: bread w. peanut butter, yogurt, tomato
pm: soup, left over pizza, piece of dark chocolate
snacks: 2 bowls of rice and almonds (i got home and was soooo hungry!)
dinner: potato dumpling, tea (still full from snack)
snack: sunflower seeds, takoyaki
